Had a problem with one exterminator, David R. He kept leaving our gate open, and we have a sign on our gate saying "Dog on Premises" please close gate. Our dog got out and that was a big problem. My husband talked to him so hopefully he understands now. We asked that he not come to our home again, but Modern Pest sent him again. If this happens again, we will cancel our service.

I received service for the 1st time on yesterday! I want to eventually discuss the extremely great Tech Chris, but let me quickly share the contact and service set-up professionalism and ease. They contacted me immediately upon my inquiry having me booked immediately w/such ease. The communication and rescheduling due to weather all happened, again with such ease.Now in regard to the tech the set me up with. He was so patient, the level of his genuine concern, plus really informative. He literally went above and beyond regarding my spider situation that literally in my eyes almost took over my home. He worked tirelessly in the heat to make sure my home was treated to the best of their company/his ability. My family truly appreciated him. I've used other companies and had good service. No their service from the office to field work has been exceptional. I gladly look forward to all our future business and will be referring them out to neighbors.
